Varley began in 1886 as a small plumbing and boiler-making business servicing the industrial maintenance and ship repair markets in Newcastle and the Hunter.
Varley has since diversified and steadily grown to provide a comprehensive range of engineering, manufacturing and sales to a wide variety of major industries.
Today, Varley has a strong presence both throughout Australia and internationally, with facilities in the USA and Indonesia & with over 1000 employees

Backed by Varley Group‘s extensive National Service Network (with more than 90 sites around Australia), Varley Electric Vehicles provides nation-wide service and support for all electric vehicles, including golf carts and golf cart based utility, resort and specialty products.
We can arrange for an authorised EMC Service Technician to attend your home or business in most parts of Australian mainland, or we can provide you with the nearest service agent so you can book your electric vehicle or petrol golf cart or alternative vehicle in for service.
We also offer on-site service contracts. Preventative and regular service and maintenance is the best way to ensure reliable long term operation of your golf cart or alternative vehicle.
Remember, if you are located outside the capital cities or major towns we may still be able to assist with a regular service contract for your golf carts. We have customers in Katherine, Bourke and Broken Hill, just to name a few…
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY, WE DELIVER ANYWHERE WITHIN AUSTRALIA
At Varley Electric Vehicles, we have our own multi vehicle carrying tilt tray trucks as well as vans, trailers and tow vehicles. Depending on your location, we can arrange delivery at very competitive prices from the Central Coast – to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart, Newcastle, Canberra, Gosford…and everywhere in between!
We also have transport contracts with Toll Logistics, Q-Link, CEVA and other transport companies. We can offer delivery of one or even a fleet of vehicles to your door.
We have special metal pallets for loading and for long range deliveries we can strap vehicles to a steel pallet so it can be safely fork lifted on and off trucks and rail. On arrival, you simply cut the straps and drive your vehicle off the frame.
We have fork lifts on site and extra long ramps for easy loading at pick up.
Sales Outside Australia
We can arrange shipping by full sea container or LCL international for one unit, a fleet or regular supply. Our existing customers hail from USA, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Asia, Middle-East and Europe.
